Running or Zumba
How long have you been working out? Only for about a year and a half since my days of gymnastics back in the 90’s
How often do you work out?
2-3 times a week is my goal 😊
What’s your favorite outfit to Sweat Pink in?
Yoga pants and a tank top
What’s your favorite healthy snack and meal?
Banana is my favorite snack and steak for meal 😊
If you could have one cheat day where nothing counted against you, what would you eat and do?
cereal – lots of kids cereal!
What is your biggest motivation to staying fit?
Having the energy for my kids and feeling better!
Any advice for the beginners out there? Start! You have to start somewhere!
What’s your favorite thing about blogging?
I can be me!
How do you hope to inspire people?
ANyone can do it – you just have to start – motivation is everywhere – you just need to find out what motivates you!
