What’s your primary workout?
My current primary program is Insanity

How long have you been working out?
I would work out off and on over the years. It wasn’t until last year that it became a part of my daily routine and now I’m hooked!

How often do you workout?
I try to workout 6 days a week. I get in some type of cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3-4 days a week.

What’s your favorite outfit to Sweat Pink in?
I love my Ruffles with Love tanks and a pair of yoga pants to get my sweat on in.

What’s your favorite healthy snack and meal?
My favorite healthy snack is a banana with PB. I’m a salad freak so my fave meal is a huge salad with tons of veggies, steak, and blue cheese.

If you could have one cheat day where nothing counted against you, what would you eat and do?
If I had one cheat day I would sleep until noon and have ice cream cake with every meal (I LOVE ice cream cake and say a silent cheer when I see it at birthday parties lol)

What’s your biggest motivation to staying fit?
My biggest motivation is my children. They are the reason I started this journey and now seeing them making healthier choices and wanting to workout with me gives me the strength to keep going.

Any advice for the beginners out there?
My advice for beginners is “stick with it” the hardest step is starting,you must convince yourself you are worth it. You may not see results right away and you will have setbacks but don’t get discouraged take everything as a learning experience.

What’s your favorite thing about blogging?
I am fairly new to blogging but I love that I am able to share my experiences and parts of my life with others. It has given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world that I never would have met otherwise.

How do you hope to inspire people?
I hope by sharing my experiences and daily struggles shows people that we all experience them and for people looking to start maybe my story will give them the push to do so.
