My husband is evil. He made peanut butter cookies the other night. I have never been a huge fan of them, but these were different. These cookies were amazingly delicious. I ate a billion of them. Oops.

So, today I am dusting myself off (because I am full of cookie crumbs) and I am getting back on track. What better way to get back on track than to do another giveaway! Yay!

    Good morning, was glad to see I’m not the only who has to have their baked goods once in a while! I decided I’m not baking for Christmas, just don’t need all that good stuff around the house. I need to get on the treadmill today so I’m doing my usual check my emails and get myself mentally ready for it. Can’t say I do any specific fueling for my workout, I just make sure I eat breakfast and then wait a little while before I start the workout. Have a great day!

    Would love to try the GU. I am bad I don’t fuel my workouts partly because I am not sure what to try or afraid to spend a lot of money on something I won’t like. I know it would greatly help my performance to property fuel before during and after.

    I use Gus – love the chocolate and mint chocolate ones. I haven’t tried a lot of the other flavors yet though.

    I am always playing around with the best way to fuel my workout, currently trying food (pretzels and dried fruit).

    I usually do fasted workouts. I need some type of substance before long runs though. I would love to try GU!
