Interview with a Sweat Pink Ambassador

29 Oct

Something new for you! Every Monday and Wednesday I will be featuring and interviewing a fellow Sweat Pink Ambassador sister. I thought this would be a neat way to motivate and inspire others. I hope you enjoy this just as much as I do.

Let me introduce you to Brianna!

Name: Brianna Winning
Blog address:

1. What’s your primary workout?
I do mainly Group Exercise. I’m a Spinning instructor. I am also getting my TRX Group Training Certification, and hopefully my Body Training Systems Group Groove certification. I will also hopefully be going for my personal training, BTS Group Kick, Group Step and Group Power certs.

2. How long have you been working out?
I’ve belonged to a gym for about 7 years. But never got into it until about … 2 years ago.

3. How often do you work out?
I work out 2 times a day Monday-Friday and my active rest days are Saturday and Sunday, where I work out once a day.

4. What’s your favorite outfit to Sweat Pink in?
Victoria’s Secret yoga pants and a tank top.

5. What’s your favorite healthy snack and meal?
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken by Emily Bites Snack:

6. If you could have one cheat day where nothing counted against you, what would you eat and do?
I would eat chocolate alllll day. As well as fried oreos and twinkes. And waffles and ice cream. And NOT workout lol

7. What is your biggest motivation to staying fit?
Not getting heavy again. I was close to 170 pounds at 5’2’’.

8. Any advice for the beginners out there?
Take one step at a time! there are going to be frustrating moments. Moments where you’re gonna cheat. Moments where you’re gonna wanna give up. Just keep going!

9. What’s your favorite thing about blogging?
Keeping me accountable! I let everyone know when I cheat and when I did good! It’s a way of celebrating my accomplishments and admitting when I screwed up.

10. How do you hope to inspire people? I want to tell my story to people! If I could do it, anyone could do it! I want to inspire them by giving advice whenever I can.

Great idea to do this! I would love to be a spinning instructor at some point. It sounds like fun and a great way to work out yourself!
