A new season-ready for something new.

It’s been a slow poke week. I took the week off from running and working out. I usually do this when I’m going to be starting something new. I went for a few walks, but that was about it. Nothing to crazy. You can view my workout log here. It’s time to get back at it though. I have new goals and a new program to help me get there. Les Mills Pump.

I’ve completed many Beachbody programs since I became a coach over a year and a half ago. I was excited to try it the minute it came out and I told myself, I have to wait until I’m done training for the 1/2 marathon. Yay! Now we can play! I got my package on Friday. Maddox was pretty excited. I put my barbell set together, printed off my schedule for the next 90 days, and printed my tracking sheets. I am set to go. All I need to do is decide if I’m going to start today or tomorrow. I need to review the schedule and tweak it a bit to incorporate my running. You only have to lift 3 times a week so it will be easy to do that.

I’m excited fall has begun. I love the cool, crisp fall air. It’s a great time to get outside and go for a walk or run. We’ve been walking every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 and the weather has been so perfect. If you are from Hebron and would like to join us you can find more details here. So what are your fitness plans for the fall? Don’t stop moving because it’s getting chilly out! This is the perfect time to start a workout program that you can do at home. How many times have you told yourself you are going to lose weight come the new year? Why not get a head start now? Think how far you could be by then? Think how amazing you could look and feel by summer! I’m serious! This is the time to act. If you have been putting it off and putting it off, you just need to stop it. Stop talking about it, stop complaining, and just do it! What kind of workout program do you have lying around collecting dust? Do you need a fresh one? Get it. Once summer rolls around you will be in tip top shape. So, let’s have a chat. If you’re ready to change it up and get moving I’m here. You want to try the same program as me?     That workout program you are doing–does it come with that barbell pictured? Just curious.
    So, I guess since you are starting a new program, that means you completed your half marathon 🙂 Sweet!! I keep saying the same thing–“after I finish my marathon . . .” Everything goes on hold when you are trying to complete a major goal like that.
    I will tweet this for you. Hope you get a great group of women to join in this fun!!
